Shipping info on Christmas 2020

In the USA, you’ll need to get your orders for printed books in by Sunday, December 13 to use our STANDARD SHIPPING option – USPS Priority Mail, but we will not guarantee a delivery date with STANDARD SHIPPING USPS Priority Mail.

After December 13, , you will have to use the US EXPRESS shipping option for  delivery by Christmas.

After DECEMBER 17TH, delivery by Christmas cannot be done.

If you need a printed book as a gift before Christmas (or you are the type who worries about things), it would be best to choose the US EXPRESS SHIPPING service for  delivery. We have never guaranteed US Priority Mail (our standard delivery) for a specified delivery date, nor will we this year.

Hardback book orders must be in by December 16th and will require US EXPRESS Shipping for delivery by Christmas.

Of course, ebooks can be made until December 24th.

Outside the USA, you’ll need to get your orders for paperback books in by Thursday, December 10. After that, you will have to use the Global EXPRESS Service option for  delivery by Christmas. No orders for printed books for Christmas delivery can be made after December 15 for delivery by Christmas for orders outside the contiguous USA.

We will be monitoring production and will do all that we can to get all books to you by December 25th.

Our long-standing policy remains in effect: no refunds will be issued due to weather issues. If planes can’t fly and trucks can’t roll, no mail will get delivered.

Weather and disasters are always beyond our power, and we hope all of us have none to be concerned with. However, we cannot be held accountable for delivery problems caused by circumstances beyond our control.
