We were amazed when we realized that while entries for our Personalized Romance Writing Contest came from all over the country and Canada, it turned out our top winner came from literally just up the road.
So, we had the pleasure last week of meeting First-Place Winner Jamie Loafman of Garner, NC, in person to present her prize: 5 nights at Bolongo Bay resort in St. Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands.
We had a great visit and encouraged Jamie to realize that earning the top spot in a writing contest means you have talent. Keep at it, Jamie!
