Another kudo for writer Sunshine Morrison: On the heels of radio coverage of her new eBook novella The Grape Escape, comes a newspaper story about it.
Reporter Amber Schlenker from The Daily Sun News in Sunnyside, WA, was intrigued to find out Sunshine grew up in Prosser, which is in their coverage area.
In fact, says Sunshine, “growing up in Prosser, we thought Sunnyside was ‘the big city.’ ”
Ms. Schlenker writes, in part, “It would be a perfect anniversary gift for your special someone, and even fun as gag gift for a single friend. The possibilities are endless.”
Sunshine, shown at left, originally wrote “The Grape Escape” for the romance writing contest celebrating YourNovel.com’s 20 years in business. It was chosen a winner and published with nine other winning short stories as the anthology Celebrating Romance 2. (A similar book, Celebrating Romance, was published to mark our 10 years in business.)
